一年之计在于春,你准备好今年的计划了吗

春节即将到来,相信不少小伙伴都已经开始在做年后的计划了吧。好的目标能让人大清早从床上兴奋地跳起来,但是好的目标又是怎么定制的呢?让我们一起来聊一聊。

目标

在我看来,好的目标必须满足以下几点:

  • 重要且可执行的的,如果目标可有可无不那么重要,会影响自己达到目标的决心,如果目标执行难度太大,根本不在自己的可控范围,那么这个目标也是没有意义的。
  • 有时间限制的,这个时间可以是一周、一季度、半年或者一年。
  • 有行动导向且可量化的,如果设计合理并且实施得当,目标能够有效地防止思维和执行过程中出现的模糊不清的情况。

目标就是你想要实现的东西,不要将其夸大或缩小。一个时间周期内的目标个数最好控制在3个4个,如果目标个数超过5个,容易导致自己失去方向,会觉得什么事情都很重要,反而无法凸显某一核心事件的重要性。

关键结果

OK,目标已经设定好了,为了让我们更好的达成目标,我们需要将目标与5个或者更少的关键结果相对应。什么是关键结果?关键结果指的是要达到目标,我们需要做的事情和任务。如果说目标代表着目的地,那关键结果则代表如何到达这个目的地。

设定关键结果也需要满足一些条件:

  • 关键结果必须是明确、具体的。
  • 关键结果必须是可量化的。
  • 关键结果必须有时间限制的。

如果定制的是长目标,我们还可以继续将长目标分解,比如说季度目标拆分成周目标。

每完成一个关键结果就及时划除,每天看着离目标的距离越来越近,是不是很兴奋呢!当然也要记得每周至少要做一次复盘,总结本周的成就及不足,不断完善目标。

最好能在手机主页添加个提醒小组件,每次解锁iPhone时都可以第一眼看到目标的进展情况,时刻提醒自己。

Okeey (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Okeey mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
